Great customer service . They were on time to my appointment which I thought that's a good start , the same time when they arrived  to show me the fabric options , they did my measures for blackouts for all the bedrooms  and got an estimate in email just an hour later , they took care of all building / elevator  issues , and a few days later the shades arrived together with side channels , the installation was couple hours but we had lots of windows . Now enjoying it not just that is great to sleep in a little late but my room is few degrees cooler ,  surely will save me money on FPL bill
